The FamFriendly.com does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children younger than thirteen (13) years of age (“Child”) on or through the Website. Although the FamFriendly.com allows student users to access certain educational online games, we do not collect the user’s name, email address, or any other Personal Information through these games. If we become aware that a Child has submitted Personal Information on or through the Website, we will immediately delete that Child’s Personal Information.
